They sent a tweet explaining why the sorting/search filters aren't working as they normally would. Is this because of the NZ attacks or something?

They’ve also had issues related to child abuse so at the moment they’re trying hard to clean up other people’s acts.

while i somewhat command the efforts to clean up filth i also want to remind people that it was the same effort that led to closing the imdb boards and that regulatig filth can quite quickly become unsympathetic censorship.
i think one day we will tell our kids what free internet used to be like with teary eyes and they wont even believe us.

I think it is about time. There have been some really horrible videos that have been uploaded on You Tube of young boys and girls getting into very violent and graphic fights at Primary and High School that have been on the news here and stuff like that shouldn't be on You Tube and You Tube should remove videos with real violent content. I am not against people uploading violent scenes from movies or TV shows though.
