If only there were a moderator of this board........ They Just recently locked inexplicably a thread listing all the failed predictions about Captain Marvel made by the favorite fan troll of this forum, yes the creator of this very thread ... I want the reason why it was locked. Like this thread, perhaps the mods can just fix the part they found objectionable and unlock it again. GOTG 3 Cancelled!

Cherry picking a video without offering any opinion of your own, especially when you haven't even seen the movie just comes across as a needless attack on it. Theres been a few of these threads lately, if you're going to make one and include a video at least explain what you agree or disagree with so there's some actual discussion to be had. I’m sure he watches them. His knowledge of the films appears detailed enough. Yep, I watched the movie. That's how I know the security guard was sitting in his car alone in the parking lot at night, saw Carol Danvers walk out of the Blockbuster Video store, rolled down his window to talk to her, and then waited until morning to call the cops. And then when the cops got there, instead of arresting the suspect for a simple break-in at a video store, the cops called the Feds, which was nothing more than a plot contrivance for Nick Fury to meet Carol Danvers. It was a simple break-in at a video store. There were no bombs involved in the break-in. The suspect was still at the scene of the crime. The suspect was alone and unarmed and there were no hostages. There is NO WAY that any local cops would EVER call the Feds in that situation. And there is NO WAY the Feds would EVER send 2 agents for a simple break-in at a video store that doesn't involve any bombs or hostages. The ONLY WAY that local cops would call the Feds in that case was if they arrested the suspect and ran the suspect's prints and the suspect was wanted by the Feds. That was obviously not the case. So it was just another example of really bad, contrived writing in MCU movies.

Cause you're a troll who constantly posts YouTube video that trashes Captain Marvel. 1st, I'm not a troll. 2nd, so only positive videos of MCU movies are allowed and negative videos of MCU movies are censored similar to how RT censored negative ratings for Captain Marvel? Yes, you are. The video you shared you clearly did not watch fully or at all and just went by the title alone. Had you watched the video full you would see that the uploader is a fan of the MCU generally and praises its storytelling up to this point in time, and if you also do more research you would also see that they are not partial to the DCEU and did not care for either Aquaman or even Wonder Woman. There is nothing wrong with sharing videos that criticize MCU movies on here, except you clearly have an agenda and have nothing to contribute than just sharing a link to it - again, did you watch the video? The uploader IS a fan of the MCU and PRAISES it in the video.

Calling out a movie for awful, lazy, and contrived writing is ridiculous? Everyone would agree that the way they scripted Captain Marvel was just a lazy and contrived way for Nick Fury to meet Carol Danvers. And worse of all, it could've easily been written better than the lazy, contrived way they did it in the movie.

With that built-in, preconceived mindset, he's incapable of giving them a chance. And he doesn't give reasons for not liking them. He goes out of his way to invent reasons, nitpicking every small detail. Any person could do that with any CBM, regardless of the quality of writing, but for some reason he just goes after the MCU.

Why watch something when you know for sure you're going to hate it anyway? So what you give Infinity War and Winter Soldier a 3/10, 19/21 movies you flat out give a 1/10.

You know this how? What time did Danvers crash? All the stores were closed. Blockbusters used to stay open quite late didn't they. How do you know she didn't land not too long before dawn?

But WHY did you watch the movie? Because I'm a fan of the superhero movie genre (I've watched almost 80 superhero movies since 1978) and I'm always fair and unbiased so I give every movie a fair chance when I watch it. How is watching the films of a select studio on crappy online recordings giving them a fair chance. Do you do that for DC films? You don't watch them in the same quality (as proven in the past by your lack of understanding of what goes on on screen) as other films...don't see that as fair. And your opinion of MCU in general and in some cases the films prior to release, shows you are far from unbiased.

I keep asking and you keep avoiding... because you're downloading them illegally from torrents like a hypocritical thief but won't admit it gotcha.

Never have I seen him say "this looks interesting, I'm not sure if it will be great but it has my interest" about an MCU movie. Except he doesn't really like the Raimi Spider-Mans he just says that to make it seem like he isn't biased when he's really being sarcastic because trolling is fun, and his just reasons for not liking MCU movies are mostly pretty stupid, but you don't care - you want to see him make a fool out of himself so you can laugh. You're no friend of his and he's no friend of you.
