But WHY did you watch the movie? Because I'm a fan of the superhero movie genre (I've watched almost 80 superhero movies since 1978) and I'm always fair and unbiased so I give every movie a fair chance when I watch it. as always your criticisms are just plain ridiculous. Calling out a movie for awful, lazy, and contrived writing is ridiculous? Everyone would agree that the way they scripted Captain Marvel was just a lazy and contrived way for Nick Fury to meet Carol Danvers. And worse of all, it could've easily been written better than the lazy, contrived way they did it in the movie. But you don't like MCU movies and you're often trashing on them, liking posts that are criticizing or outright bashing them, and spend most of your time sharing videos denouncing them and going "LOL!!! MCU HAS FAILED!!! YES!!!" It makes no sense for you to watch a newly released Marvel Studios movie unless you critique motion pictures for a living - which you clearly do not. You're not being paid by anybody to see them and you clearly have no iota of interest so why bother, really? I don't care for a lot of movies and TV and what do I do? I avoid them because why waste the money or the time? Don't answer, because we all know you'll ignore some things and highlight others to lead me and others on another of your endless traps. Never said the writing for Captain Marvel wasn't lazy or very good, but your criticisms are irrelevant and pointless and say nothing on the overall narrative and the characters.

How is watching the films of a select studio on crappy online recordings giving them a fair chance. Do you do that for DC films? You don't watch them in the same quality Watching a film online doesn't affect my rating of it. It's the same movie, same script, same plot, same actors and actresses. I've watched all of the following films online and think they were good films so clearly watching a film online doesn't affect my rating of it. Night Train to Munich The Pride of the Yankees Helen of Troy (1956) Anatomy of a Murder Niagara Genetlemen Prefer Blondes There's No Business Like Show Business The Prince and the Showgirl The Lady Vanishes Jamaica Inn Rebecca Suspicion Shadow of a Doubt Spellbound Notorius The Paradine Case Stage Fright I Confess The Trouble with Harry The Man Who Knew Too Much The Wrong Man The Birds Marnie I doubt you actually like any of the movies in this list, you don't really seem like the patient or mature type to appreciate them. Also, you've once again admitted that you watch bootleg copies of RECENTLY RELEASED movies online - you do know that's not a good thing, yes? Ironic how you rant about how morally "wrong" Marvel superheroes are when you're one to talk.

Because he gives them a chance. It’s not like he’s incabable of liking a Marvel film. He liked the Raimi Spider-Man films. At least he gives reasons why he doesn’t like them. So if he's willing to give them a chance then why spend so many hours denouncing them and trolling the threads of them? Never have I seen him say "this looks interesting, I'm not sure if it will be great but it has my interest" about an MCU movie. Except he doesn't really like the Raimi Spider-Mans he just says that to make it seem like he isn't biased when he's really being sarcastic because trolling is fun, and his just reasons for not liking MCU movies are mostly pretty stupid, but you don't care - you want to see him make a fool out of himself so you can laugh. You're no friend of his and he's no friend of you. On the contrary, I think it’s foolish to blindly revere every MCU film. I myself am vocal about the MCU films that I like, and am critical when I don’t like them. I can agree to disagree with him on that. You ask why he spends so much time denouncing them? Well this is the Marvel Cinematic Universe board, not the In Praise of the Marvel Cinematic Universe board. More posts keep this place vibrant. You are welcome to post as many posts complimenting the MCU, no one is stopping you.

Such a tired internet troll tactic that every regular on here is already quite familiar with and not buying into, your attempts at baiting people into an endless trap becomes more apparent the more you do it. We all know at the end of the day you really do not care about DC-Fan or think his voice must be heard because they have anything remotely interesting to say, you want to see him make a joke out of himself so you can find cheap entertainment with no price. Thing is DC-Fan probably doesn't think much of you either.
