Either way, I don't see anyone from the left beating Trump in 2020 at the end of the day because the left is pretty radical lately which is not good for the common citizen and I would have to think enough of the voters will see that and default to Trump for the sake of the country.

As of this writing I think its a tad early to say if Biden is done just yet. To be clear the accusations are of inappropriate behavior, not outright sexual harassment. One of the accusers even went so far as to say exactly that, that she was not claiming sexual harassment, but rather that she felt like her personal space was "invaded".
Yes, Biden is touchy feely. No doubt. Duh! But people might see the distinction between that and outright sexual harassment. If his camp can make that argument then he might still be okay.
My bigger problem with Biden is that man is ancient as F***. How can we expect his ideals to be anything but.

For the sake of the country?! For the sake of the country we better get him the fuck out of there! Before you know it we'll be beach front property for Russia and North Korea!

Probably. Otherwise, if there's no further scrutiny, the whole Kavanaugh debacle would look hypocritical on their part. He was not a candidate I'd get behind anyway. Seems nice (for now) but he's of the old guard. The Dems have to accept this, the game changed in 2016. They're gonna have to go with something different for a change. I just hope it's not friggin Beta.

I don't understand why he's considered one at all. He's so old. Enough with the geezers already.

I hope you are right. The left is radical and getting worse each day. If the economy is perking right along in 2020 the voters would be out of their minds to put a liberal Democrat in the White House.

To the both of you: "Radical" is wanting the government to work for everybody? Radical is what defines Pres. Individual-1 and today's Republican Party whose sole focus is to enrich the already rich (which radically deepens the deficit), keep the country in perpetual war for re-election purposes, support and encourage white nationalist supremacy, and scapegoat immigrants, minorities, and the poor to deflect blame. Now THAT'S radical!

You forgot the rest of the Dems talking points. Republicans want dirty water, dirty air and they want to push granny off the cliff.
You liberals will believe anything.

Nah. The Dems are becoming inured to these non-scandals blowing up, aware of the stigma of "eating their own", and those are the only people it would really affect.
A sign of it spinning in the opposite direction was the refusal of the VA governor to step down and that scandal eventually fading away. The tides are changing and Democrats aren't expecting perfection from their candidates.

Perhaps if the messiah-of-the-month Beta touches him, he’ll be redeemed.
