Jewelry store commercials make me feel like the biggest loser in the universe.

How about the new geico commercial about the plane and the runway [different kind]? in this day and age where no one has a right opinion on that 'doctor' who was 'dragged' from that united airlines flight, did they really think that was a good commercial to release now???

There's an ad for a local jeweler which promises to pay top dollar for all your unwanted jewelry. Nothing wrong with that, but the scenes they show of people looking for unwanted jewelry look a lot like caregivers rifling through the drawers of their clients while they sleep.

Any commercial for a prescription medication in which the visuals include happy people dancing, running through fields of flowers, gazing at sunsets, playing with children, and other uplifting images. While all these scenes of happiness are shown, the audio recites the long list of side effects--"trouble breathing and swallowing, hallucinations, thoughts of suicide, and stroke and sudden heart failure which may lead to death," etc. In other words, take this substance at your own risk. We don't know what it may do to you, and we don't care, since as long as we give you this warning, our behinds are legally covered. How these drug pushers continue to get away with this is mind-boggling.
