Robert Hall (Born: November 27, 1973 in Detroit, Michigan, USA)
Robert Hall
'Sandlot' - Krillin | Double Winter - 'Oxen's Eye'
..
Robert Hall's one of the latest in a long line of gifted special effects creators & make-up artists to transition towards directing technical horror movies. He made his name in the mid-1990s when he worked on several of Roger Corman's genre productions. Like Corman, Hall's originally from Detroit, Michigan, but he's been filming in different states in America, including neighboring Ohio where he worked in Medina. Hall remains an in-demand special effects artist and he also takes jobs as a special consultant.
What are some of your favourite Robert Hall movies?
Thanks.

I respect Robert Hall's work in make-up & special effects. He worked under Stan Winston and Steve Johnson early in his career. I think he's become an interesting director who knows how to play to his strengths. There's an industrial vibe to his work, as befits a filmmaker from Detroit. I'd really like to see 'Fear Clinic' (2014), a horror movie he made with Robert Englund that probes the science of hallucinations.
