..
Film historian and web series creator Vito Trabucco is another horror director who's been lured away from his home state to make movies. He started making short subject films in Tampa, Florida in the 2000s, helping to make the city the hotbed of horror activity it is today. He's actually from Pennsylvania and he's a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers who play professional football in the National Football League. Nowadays, Trabucco shoots feature films in California, so he's moved coast to coast. Trabucco's filmed in colour and monochrome, his artistic preference being for black & white. He's currently juggling multiple film projects in various production stages. He's also directed a documentary about character actor Al Leong called 'Henchman : The Al Leong Story' (2018). Horror press reports suggest Trabucco's been invited to Texas to work with a horror company based in the capital city Austin but it's not been confirmed whether he's accepted this job offer. What are some of your favourite Vito Trabucco movies? Thanks.

Vito Trabucco's taken on a mentorship role by helping actresses Jessica Sonneborn and Deborah Venegas move into writing, directing and producing which is great. I quite enjoy his slasher movie 'Bloody Bloody Bible Camp' (2012) which is due to get a sequel as 'Bloody Bloody Bible Camp Part 2' (scheduled for 2020) is meant to be in the pre-production stage. Trabucco's been on the horror scene for a long time yet he's directed surprisingly few features. Hopefully he'll step things up in the next decade.
