Just curious why there is a forum for a franchise with one released film but not other franchises with 5+ films like:
Die Hard Fast and Furious Friday the 13th Halloween Nightmare on Elm Street Pirates of the Caribbean Rocky
I’d think even Back to the Future or The Matrix would have one before something like Predator.
Not that it’s a big deal. It keeps things condensed. Just trying to understand the logic behind it.

It gets in line behind the Mad Max board.

It confuses me as well. Although not many people would take F+F seriously as a franchise, the same way as how those other series like Friday the 13th, Halloween and Nightmare on Elm Street are listed. I was really wishing they’d have their own but there’s the horror board for that.
Same for POTC since again, not many people really care for it, as strange as that sounds. I agree about the rest though. Rocky should definitely have one.

I think it's for simplicity. There's so many film franchises nowadays but from that, there's only so much you can discuss about a given series; particularly F&F compared with say the superhero boards or Star Wars. I love the F&F series but at the end of the day, it's just people driving cars and crashing them.

Ask the admin, he might make it for you. That's how some of the others got made after all.

And I’m not a mega Fast and Furious fan or anything so I don’t think I’d even go on that board but with eight films with a ninth and a spin-off on the way it seems like it’s got to be more popular than Avatar which technically isn’t even a franchise yet. I hear people still talk about Die Hard more than Avatar.

I guess it’s just more the choices they made to include over other things. Like Avatar is only one film. I like it and am excited for the sequel but it’s not even a franchise lol..

I’m more baffled that there’s a Predator board.

Yeah, I think the Fast & Furious board makes plenty of sense given it's a popular franchise and a clearly ongoing one.
