"Life in Pieces" comes to an end after 4 seasons. Was anybody a fan? I started watching it halfway during the second season, found it hilarious, then caught up with the earlier episodes. Seasons 3 and 4 I didn't enjoy quite as much, but they were still OK. Farewell, Short family!
The one-before-last episode had the most blatant product placement I have ever seen on a TV show, for a hotel reservation website. The grandfather offers a Bahamas vacation to the whole family. He is struggling to make the hotel reservations and one of his grandsons does it for him on a tablet, mentioning the website by name, showing it to the camera and saying how easy it is to use. Later they manage to weave into the story a promotion that the website offers whereby you get a free night for every 10 nights booked.

Damn. I finally gave it a chance this season and found out I liked it. Now it's over. Greta timing by me.

I watched the first season, but just couldn't get into it.
I noticed earlier in the week last week that there were 2 new episodes of "Life In Pieces".
I figured the description of the 2nd episode would read, "In the 4th season finale..."
No. It read, "In the series finale...."
