Kramer thought his joke about new yorkers not moving out of the way of ambulances was "as good as anything" Jerry did in his act. George preferred Kenny Bania's act to Jerry's.
They were good friends tho so they supported Jerry and were proud of him.

Kramer seemed to love Jerry's set ups & premises more than the punchlines he came up with.
George was indifferent. Watching Bania tapes while drinking Pepsi.

Kramer seemed pretty easy to please, so yeah I think he would have genuinely liked Jerry's stand up, even if he didn't "get" all of it. George and Elaine may have liked some of it, but they wouldn't admit it.

Have you ever watched the show? George was Jerry's oldest and best friend followed by Kramer. Jerry was somewhat intelligent so he knew elaine was a duplicitous bitch not to be trusted or relied on by anyone. She was by far the most hateful backstabber of the group and it wasn't even close.

Of course Kramer liked his act. He even tried to duplicate it once when Jerry wasn't home.

Maybe he'd approve if Jerry used the N-word a few times.
