Always been curious about it. Started watching it. What a weird and impossible premise for a movie but that's why they are movies!
Does it get any better? I'm guessing De Niro gets a pair and fights Murray by either arresting or killing him to keep Glory.

I remember seeing it randomly on digital cable a long time ago. It showed that the cast was Robert De Niro, Uma Thurman, and Bill Murray. I thought "How do I not know what this is?".
It is indeed an odd film. I know that I look back at it as being a pretty good movie but not one I've revisited. I'd say it gets better but either way it's worth a watch.

And it also has David Caruso whose acting range is always based on just one emotion of which he overacts!

I vaguely recall seeing it at the time. "Odd" or even awkward seems apt description.
