As a fan of the first film, I am onboard with this.

Oy. I'm sure I'll see it eventually, but Emma Stone is waaaayyy too good for this shit. And I can barely look at Eisenberg without wanting to jump off a bridge. Looks like a lot of lowbrow humor to me. I guess you didn’t care for the first Zombieland either?

If anything it will be like the first one and be aware of its self. The first one wasn't trying to win any awards, just have a good time.

In my opinion, the "Academy Award Nominee/Winner" being above or preceding anyone's name in a movie trailer, is usually a sign of desperation- and overused. Here, I had a good laugh. I'm not expecting the main cast members to be nominated here.

Thanks for posting this James . I liked the first 'Zombieland' movie and am looking forward to seeing this and I have heard Bill Murray's cameo is going to be even better and longer than it was in the first movie and he has Dan Aykroyd with him this time and it is a shame they didn't get Ernie Hudson too. .

Huh, I never heard about that. I would rather he not make the cameo again though, and get someone else. Dan Aykroyd should have been the one and only cameo for this movie.

Looks like a lot of lowbrow humor to me. She's waaayyy too good to be in a well made well written entertaining comedy? She's no better of an actor than Woody. She's easy enough on the eye but I'm not sure why you have placed her on a pedestal. Look up her skirt maybe?

Like, yeah, we have A-list actors killing zombies in our silly movie, so nut-up or shut-up!

I actually think it speaks well of Stone that she doesn't feel like she's too good for these kinds of films now. I think a lot actors turn into snots and forget what got them to where they are. Well, until they're past their prime anyway.

He's a good poster so perhaps he's just not a fan of horror comedies. You're spot on about how quickly some actors egos eclipse their memories. After her Oscar win Stone became the highest paid actress. The fact she returns to do a sequel for a genre many critics look down on says a lot about her ability to stay grounded. Hopefully it also says a lot about the quality of the script as well. I really enjoyed the first one.

I really enjoyed the first one. Believe it or not this is my most anticipated sequel. The first one was a lot of fun. And I also hope this means the script is good. All four leads can pick and choose their roles now. The only part that concerns me in the trailer is the Tallahassee-Columbus doppleganger scene. That could be bad.

I have a feeling this will disappoint sadly. Why? The trailer makes it look promising but of course that's it's job. All the principles from the first one are back including the director and writers which is a reason to be optimistic to me.

All the principles from the first one are back including the director and writers which is a reason to be optimistic to me. not to mention the point of Zombieland was atypically all these ostensible loners who are relative oddballs coming together to form a family dynamicv in the face of an apocalypse, introducing more characters unto the dynamic could mess that up, even if I like Deustch, Middleditch, Wilson, and Dawson as well.
