Never enough room on the counter for the cooking gadgets that you just had to buy and try but some do become essential for daily life in the kitchen and get left out because they are actually USED often enough that it's a pain to get them down (or up) from their storage places. OK .. all that said ( ).
Mine : AIR FRYER .. Tried it .. love it for all sorts of cooking. Potato Fries ..sweet and white are an almost daily project. Even made a cake in it. Reheating Pizza slices … yes ! BREAD MACHINE … weekly. Also makes jam and can bake cakes. CUISINART MINI-PREP PLUS.
Yours ?

George Foreman grill ( I have the one with removable grill plates, so easy to clean - I just let them soak in Dawn for an hour and use the George Foreman sponge to clean them). Also my hot pot for boiling water ( in 2 minutes) for my tea.

wickedkittiesmomTotally forgot the George Foreman ..it's in that space under the built in microwave ... do you have the one with the omelette plate (great for hash brown patties ) and the waffle iron and baking pan as well as the Grill part ? I use it so often that I I bought a spare at a thrift store for in case / when this one crashes ! There is a slotted cupboard above the 'fridge where the extra plates get stored.

My coffee grinder, which I use daily.
The blender, which gets used probably every other day.
That's pretty much it. Everything else gets stashed away.

I just have the regular George Foreman grill, I don't bake or make waffles or omelettes, I just use it to cook WKD's steaks. (I don't eat steak)

My kitchenaid stand mixer. Don't use it every day but too heavy to lift up and down. I used to use the kitchen aid (Five quart) all the time but since the Bread machine arrived it's been under the counter. Have all of the attachments that go with it for grating, shredding, slicing but using alternate methods there too. It does get lugged out for applesauce season. The mandolin is a small one that hangs from a shelf and it works just fine along with the box-grater.

@martin The softer Yellow Transparent apples ripened in early August and the MacIntosh;s are just about ready .. bugs didn't get into then too badly this year.
Am going back to canning as when I froze the applesauce I never remembered to defrost it before suppertime and it gets a funny taste when in the freezer waaaaaaay too long.
Made some jelly from those little itty bitty apples - (dolgo crabs) talk about tasty ! and an incredible red color. I add some of them to the applesauce too.

Since I updated my kitchen, I have more counter space available. I had a 40 "plus" separately-mounted oven, that was awkward to get to, as it was next to a wall, and a stove top that had inconvenient storage space under it. When the oven died, the landlord allowed me to install a "whole stove," and convert the old oven space to storage.
I still have a regular toaster, but I got rid of the toaster-oven that I preferred over the old oven. Now, I have a knife-block, a set of oil/vinegar vessels, some colorful canisters from Italy and one of those big jar "thingies," that you put spatulas, whisks and other miscellany in, on the counter.

NJtoTX Thanks again for your input about the Air Fryer … it really is a useful machine. I took your advise and wash the basket and bowl completely after every other use or when it's going to just "sit" for longer than a couple of days so that the little oil that remains doesn't get stuck on. After cooking anything that is coated .. like zucchini sticks … (yum) which leaves visible residue ..it gets washed right away …. well, after cooling the cooker and eating !
