My favourite at the moment is when Rey goes:- "You are frightened, no terrified, that you will never, EVER be as strong as Darth Vader"!
We absolutely love it in our house. To be fair it's probably the only quotable line from the ST so doesn't have much competition but we take it in turns to crank up Daisy Ridley's terrible cockney slipping on that line all the way up to full Michael Caine Percent. Brilliant!

One of the most iconic scenes in sci-fi, cinema, and pop culture as a whole. I always felt that this scene has turned into a great metaphor for the franchise in and of itself. Like Luke the audience hasn't seen much of the galaxy at this point and he looks out longingly thinking about what he is missing out on. He is subsequently propelled on to a journey in which he becomes the greatest hero in the galaxy. We witnessed the expanse of the Star Wars universe just as Luke did and have come to find that this galaxy is full of interesting stories, people, and places. As well finding that greatness can come from something seemingly insignificant. Be it from a seemingly insignificant farmboy, or a sci-fi movie that barely got made. An awful lot of substance crammed into a little over half a minute.
