I would let Tom Holland’s version of Spider-Man to stay in the MCU while Andrew Garfield returns for Sony’s Marvel Universe with Venom, Morbius, etc.
In fact, I wouldn't mind if Andrew Garfield came back to play Spider-Man in Sony's Marvel Universe, and the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. He's a great actor, and I thought he did a good job playing the character in the Amazing Spider-Man movies.
If you prefer Sony’s Spider-Man, you can see those films. If you like the MCU version, you can see those movies, and hey maybe bring back Tobey Maguire’s version for Spider-Man 4. And if you have the time and money, you can watch all three.
What does everyone think?

Disney got greedy. Disney should have bought Sony instead of Fox.

Seems fair. I was ambivalent about his films but Garifield was a fine choice at the time. I don't see it happening though. Audiences and studio execs are too stupid to comprehend two different Spider-Man universes just like they were about there potentially being two Batmen twelve years ago.

I don't blame Sony for their decision in this situation. Disney is GREEDY AF.

Well, I'm glad no one who wants to bring Garfield back is calling shots at Sony. Another Maguire/Raimi Spider-Man I can get behind, however.
What Sony is doing makes sense to me, though. They've got a popular Spidey, they've got the good will of the MCU. They can keep using him, minus the MCU references (which are overdone and intrusive anyway) while keeping all of the profits of their biggest property. Or, give HALF to Disney. If I'm Sony, that isn't any choice at all. The only question is how long they can steer the ship before crashing into an iceberg like Spider-Man 3 and Amazing Spider-Man 2. Hopefully they took some notes during their brief crossover.

I still very much to this day would have loved to have seen Sam Raimi's "SPIDER-MAN 4" which already had both a Script and done Some Casting Decisions (Tobey Maguire and Kirsten Dunst would have returned, Newcomers would have been John Malkovich and Anne Hathaway) when the Studio stepped in, canceled it, and then started doing the Andrew Garfield Movies.
Rami's "SPIDER-MAN 4" would have had Spider-Man (Played by Tobey Maguire) going up against both The Vulture (He would have been Played by John Malkovich) and then later in the movie, his daughter The Vulturess (She would have been Played by Anne Hathaway).

Disney got greedy. Disney should have bought Sony instead of Fox. They shouldn't have bought either and the inly reason it passed is because Fox is owned by a Trump buddy.

I don't have a problem with Sony keeping Spider-Man.
Garfield movies sucked though.

Mergers that should never have been allowed have been occuring for years now, keep your Trump Derangement Syndrome in check please.
Though Disney is certainly greedy and stupid greedy at that. Ruined Star Wars and now want to slowly strangle the MCU golden goose. Now that we are past Endgame I think they need to be careful about keeping the fans they've acquired up to now.

Instead of "SPIDER-MAN" Fans acting as if the Franchise belongs to them (THANK GOD it doesn't, it never has, and is never going to) and that they have a say when it comes to what happens in Every New "SPIDER-MAN" (They Don't, They have ZERO say which is the Right Decision), and more importantly....instead of the Fans being cruel and disrespectful to all of the people involved with the New Movies, they should actually consider the possibility that maybe SONY can make "SPIDER-MAN" right again.
