They had to make an example out of someone. I agree that he never should have gone to jail but I'm glad he's out now.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Robinson_(activist)I suggest those interested read the article in full, but the opening paragraphs are worth quoting here: Stephen Yaxley-Lennon (born 27 November 1982), known as Tommy Robinson, is a British far-right anti-Islam activist.[19][20] He is the co-founder and former leader of the English Defence League,[21] and later served as a political advisor to former UKIP leader Gerard Batten.[22]Robinson has been active in far-right politics for many years. He was a member of the neo-fascist and white nationalist British National Party (BNP) from 2004 to 2005.[23] For a short time in 2012, he was joint vice-chairman of the British Freedom Party (BFP). Robinson led the EDL from 2009 until 8 October 2013. He continued as an activist, and in 2015 became involved with the development of Pegida UK, a British chapter of the German-based far-right organisation Pegida.[24] From 2017 to 2018, Robinson wrote for and appeared in online videos for The Rebel Media, a Canadian far-right political website.Robinson has accumulated several criminal convictions and has served three terms of imprisoment. His criminal record includes convictions for violence, financial and immigration frauds, drug possession and public order offences. He has been committed to prison for contempt of court.[25][26][27] He has served at least three separate custodial sentences: in 2005 for assault, in 2012 for using false travel documents to enter the United States, and in 2014 for mortgage fraud.[12][15][3] In May 2018, Robinson was committed to prison for 13 months for contempt of court after publishing a Facebook Live video of defendants entering a law court, contravening a court order that disallows reporting on such trials while proceedings are ongoing. On 1 August 2018, due to procedural errors, he was released on bail pending a new hearing of the case.[28] On 5 July 2019, Robinson was again found guilty of contempt of court at the retrial and was committed at the Old Bailey to nine months in prison on 11 July․[29][30] Before his sentencing, Robinson appeared on InfoWars and appealed for political asylum in the United States.[31]Robinson denies racism and antisemitism,[32] and has declared his support for the Jewish people and Israel, calling himself a Zionist.[33]
Another of those 'friends of the Jews' whom wise Jews know to run like hell from. This, my friends, is what Cody and Erjen consider a Christian hero. If that doesn't tell you all you need to know about where Cody and Erjen are coming from, then you should feel right at home down there with them in the slimy pits of their derangement.

You're a moron.
Yaxley Lennon...
Convicted wife beater. Assaulted polis officer trying to prevent him beating his wife. Covered up paedophile offences by his EDL friends. Convicted fraudster. Convicted drug dealer. Compulsive congenital liar. Coward. Conned his brain dead 'followers' to donate money to his fake legal defence fund, then spent the money on a £1 million house.
And I know from somebody inside, he has to be kept separated from general population for his own protection, he is so hated, and even then an OAP lag got to him, and battered him senseless.
And what miscarriage of justice? He was ordered to stop doing something by a court, he carried on doing it, he reaped the consequences. That's not a miscarriage of justice by any definition.
You're a grade A clueless twat... we'll add the law to the list of things you are completely ignorant of, along with scientific theory and practice, and critical thinking.

See the list of neo-nazi racist organisations he has been a member of, or allied to. You do agree that the BNP and Combat 18 are racist neo-nazis, don't you 🤔

But as far as I’m aware Robinson has never been part of either group.

That's your problem, you only know what you want to know, and are unaware of wider reality. The information is all there in the public domain, if you open your eyes. Why are you even defending a 'man' so low and vile that he beats women, attempts to cover up for his paedophile friends, and cons people out of money to live in luxury 🤷♀️

If you deliberately set out to endanger a criminal trial, you're going to be found in contempt of court. Courts in the UK take a dim view of that sort of thing. Most especially when it's a murder trial.

Cody™, say if a Muslim had live streamed the trial to Facebook, with their interpretation of the events happening, and got a custodial sentence. Would you say that this would be a miscarriage of justice? Also did you know that a main type of fake news is not taking a factual event at face value but giving a subjective bias interpretation of such event?
