I liked the first & third...But Jesus Christ, like the Amityville Series. It's astonishing how many unheard sequels they have on direct video.

Like the original 👍
Then like most sequels, it's downhill from then on 👎

The original is a film quality, most of the later sequels in these type of franchise are recorded on video. It's look like that you are watching a TV-movie.

I’ve only seen the first one so far. I own 3-5 in a triple feature DVD but haven’t gotten around to them yet.

I actually like some of the sequels even more than the first movie. 2, 3 and 4 are my favourites and I didn't mind 5 and 6 even though 'Isaac's Return' was a bit of a letdown and could have been handled better but as for the others they went really downhill after 6 in my opinion and weren't the same after that and don't feel like 'Children of the Corn' movies anymore.

The first one is decent enough. It's certainly not great and some of the character cliches are lame and the dialogue is a little silly, but the cast is pretty and appropriately weird looking, and the basic plot is interesting enough.
I'm not sure I've seen any of the sequels. Somehow those rights got into the wrong hands, I guess. Kind of like the Amittyville movies, as mentioned above, it seems like anyone who could cobble together a nominal budget was able to get the rights to the title.

Saw the first one when I was a kid and it scared the crap out of me. Still a pretty good movie if a bit dated. I only saw the second one and I haven't seen any others. I think there was a reboot in there somewhere.

I have parts 3-6 on Bluray And "Genesis". Not great by any means. But entertaining B movies to me.
Still haven't watched "Runaway". As much grief as the made for TV movie gets it's pretty close to the short story.
I don't even hate "Genesis". At least it tried something a bit different.

I saw the original and enjoyed it. I know I've seen two of the sequels but couldn't tell you which ones they were in hindsight; That's a statement in itself.

I own the first one and might kick off the October hoor challenges for me. I actually think Genesis is a decent film.

The only one I liked well of the series is Part V: Fields of Terror

You can thank the Weinsteins for the shoddy condition of this franchise. Likewise for Hellraiser.
Even before #MeToo I found ol' Harvey (and his brother Bob) deplorable for his crimes against these franchises.
