I knew about this series in the 1980's but was never able to see it. Maybe it didn't get a lot of play here in the States, and yet the British got to see Charlie's Angels all the time, which doesn't seem fair, but that's a story for another day.
Anyway, I've been watching episodes of Tales of the Unexpected on YouTube and I'm a little puzzled about one of them, but I shan't bother to type it all out unless someone who is familiar with the show replies on this thread.

I enjoyed the show. I watched it along with "Chillers" and "Hammer's House of Horror" on Amazon Prime.

Didn't know the thread was moved here. The other two series you named...I don't think I've ever seen them but I'll check them out. Thanks again very much.

I loved the episode with Brian Blessed in which a woman murders her husband and tricks the police into eating the evidence.

I haven't seen that one yet, but I remember an episode of Alfred Hitchcock Presents with that same plot. I'll check it out ASAP. I also remember Hitch doing an episode called "The Man from the South" and it was the first episode of Tales of the Unexpected. I think it's cool when different shows do the same story.

Dahl had a TV show called "Way Out" which came on right before or after Twilight Zone in the early 60s. A few episodes are on YouTube.
