Didn't watch it, but apparently Toronto scored 3 times in the last 4 minutes to force overtime agains the Blue Jackets and then won it in overtime to keep the series going.

Leafs give away 3-0 to lose 4-3. Playoff hockey! Well that was disappointing. Elvis can't be beat. Well yeahgaogpaboajbpaijhbadingdong

Crazy finish, in a good way. Momentum is a weird thing. After Columbus switched goalies half way through game 3 they'd scored 7 straight goals with Elvis looking unbeatable. Then the first goes in and suddenly the Leafs look like superstars again. I think Foligno put his stick in Rielly's skate on purpose and it was a fair call. Sunday at 8 for the deciding game.

Voracek out for today's game vs. Lightning.
JVR back in the lineup after being a healthy scratch - guess Vigneault was sending a message to him to wake up.
Shayne Gostisbehere - once considered a prized young defensemen here - will be a healthy scratch for the 2nd game in a row.

Marchessault penalty shot gives Vegas the 3-2 lead over the Avs in the 3rd for the #1 seed.
Avs tie it with a minute to go and an empty net. On to OT.
Vegas wins. Avs OT was perplexing. Vegas vs Chicago and Colorado vs Arizona in the playoffs.

Only two teams made it through the round robin undefeated.
Vegas Golden Knights and Philadelphia Flyers.
That there's your Stanley Cup Finals matchup, folks.

Ever since some moron from the Bruins organization decided to photoshop a Boston police logo that was on a player's shirt that was pictured on some social media deal, they are 0-2 and sinking in the standings.
Good riddance.
Never, ever thought I'd ever say this, but I'm hoping the Bruins don't win another game for a LONG, LONG time.

Leafs have got to diversify their 3rd & 4th lines more to cause commotion. Waves of skill guys all with similar weaknesses are doomed if opposition figures them out.

So much for that “momentum” I kept hearing about from Leafs fans after the “greatest playoff comeback of all time.”

Well they have Nick Robertson, a less skilled (and smaller?) Marner-type player coming. He'll change things.
On whichever sports channel show they put up the 5x5 stats for the series. The Leafs had approximately 60% of the puck possession (something preached as a positive) while taking quite a few more shots on goal yet were outscored 10-3. One could look at that and say Columbus' goaltending was better than Anderson's. I noticed that Toronto averaged approximately 1.5 shots per minute of possession while Columbus averaged 2 meaning that when the Blue Jackets had possession they put pucks on the net more often which is a problem with how I see the Leafs play. They put in a lot of work in the opponent's zone with little to show for it.
