The series premiere was last night. I like the main actress a lot, but I'm not in love with her team of sidekicks. It's very, very Riverdale-y. I'm in for now.

I thought the pilot was pretty decent. The cast seems okay. It's hard to tell from the one episode, but I think it has potential. It definitely felt a lot like Riverdale, which I'm pretty sure is what the CW wants. It also had a bit of a Veronica Mars vibe too. I'm glad to see Scott Wolf back on TV. I'll be sticking with it for now too.

I lasted 15 minutes before I gave up on it.

Recorded but not watched. I'm guessing it will be more drama than mystery.

It was inconsistent. The actress was okay but her daddy issues were kinda ridiculous and the script was bad, about what I expected.

I thought episode 2 was better than episode one. A bit more exciting and tighter paced.

A couple things now that we're 2 episodes in:
1. Where are the moments of levity? There's literally no fun. It's all business. Unfun business.
2. Am I really supposed to believe Nancy is into that uggo Nick? She's like 50 leagues out of his league.

Going off of what I already said...can they kill off George asap please? She sucks. What this show really needs is a funny, best friend, sidekick character for some much needed comic relief. And Nancy is in real danger of becoming really boring. Throwing a sex scene into each episode doesn't make her interesting.

And another thing! Forgive me, please. But why are Nancy and her gang suspects in the murder again? Excuse me, but being at work when someone is killed doesn't make you a suspect. It's not a crime to be at work...where you work...when you're supposed to be working. Talk about building a season around the flimsiest plot possible.

TV writer's life experience includes watching bad tv and writing bad tv.

Oh god who's writing this crap? Anyone watching this right now? They communicated through books? The books got him talking, but she only wanted to hear his story??? Lolololol holy fucking shit, guys. I want to like this show. Why are they making it so fucking hard?

There's clues in a clock that lead to a book that lead to a house that has pictures of authors on a wall, which is a clue about the kitchen, which is a clue about a bottle of wine, which is a clue about an Edgar Allan Poe story, which is a clue about bricks, which is a clue about the clock that started this all. Oh. My. Fucking. God. This show. What is happening??!! None of this makes sense! It's all happenstance!!! It's all happenstance. Everything.
Look, I could keep going off on the endless stupid shit in this show, but you get the point. It's getting worst, not better. And that's a problem.
