See poll. I realise most of the formats on the list are extremely obscure, but I tried to make this poll as complete as possible. I'm very tired as I post this, I hope I didn't make any mistakes.

Streaming.
(I'm what's called a "physicalist" in philosophy. I believe that everything is physical.)

I didn't care for 8-Tracks, although sometimes they were interesting... I remember my Dad had an 8-Track of the Oak Ridge Boys: Greatest Hits. There was at least one song that was specially edited to bridge two tracks. It would fade out on one track, then it would fade in on the second. The CD I bought of that years later just didn't seem right without that special editing Blank 8-Tracks were awful as I recall... My Dad had transcribed some LPs & Reel to Reel, onto some Blank 8-Tracks. Songs would get recorded in a manner that it would bridge two tracks... So Listening to those were quite a disrupting experience. The song would be playing, and then the track would change... La la la la - CLUNK CLUNK - la la la la. Anyway, My Dad's RV had an 8-Track Tape player and so that is what we had to use to listen to our favorite music while on vacation. It also had a radio, but that could play anything at random. Eventually, he bought one of those Audio Cassette Tape/8-Track converters. That improved our listening experience a bit. Still, I wouldn't mind taking a vacation from the present for a while, to take a trip in that RV again... Even if that would mean listening to 8 Tracks again.

CD's are the best.
They solved all of the issues of the formats that preceded them.
Vinyl could only be the best if there were more "great" albums (as in most of the songs worth listening to).
Vinyl is only good for the lazy-minded, hipsters and contrarians.
