Maybe I missed something in people thinking I disliked the highest grossing film ever. Endgame is not a bad movie. Its a great movie for kids. nothing wrong with that.

Holy shit, he actually made a good joke. This calls for a celebration. why do we need to celebrate a movie Disney made for kids? THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB. the only reason I think it is not the best was due to some of the immaturity but many kids will love it.

Neither is that piece of crap from 1997 Spawn that you also like, Clown farts and hideous CGI and all.

You are the one that likes Guardians of the Galaxy which has villains being beaten by dancing and the movies have toilet humor You can like both serious films and lighter hearted films, but you being a child cannot recognise this, same as you cannot recognise the difference between adult films and serious films, lots of "kids" films are far more serious than adult films, take Homeward Bound a story about 2 dogs and a cat traveling across dangerous and unknown terrain to make it back home to their owners, sure there is light hearted moments and nothing to grizzly in the movie to make it unsuitable for children, then take American Pie a movie about sex and drinking, lots of crude humour, not too much violence but a lot of sex and filth including pie molestation, completely unsuitable for children, but which one is the more serious film do you think?
You act like a child thinking maturity and seriousness come from an age rating, they don't you just are not mature or smart enough to understand this.
Also again for the umpteenth and 12th time Ronan was not defeated by dancing, he was distracted by it, he was defeated when he was vaporized by he power stone.

And your attempt at trying to devalue Guardians of the Galaxy is a total dud as you've debated on these points time and again, with you always losing in the end.

I m not saying you can't like light hearted movies but these marvel movies are disrespectful to the books they should be more serious and the comedy should only be 1 percent. You are bringing up a Sex comedy like American pie as a rep for r rated movies? Talk about a straw. Joker was rated r and serious. There are PG13 movies that have crude and Sex jokes like some of The Scary movie Sequels and spinoffs like date movie.Starlord won by dancing the scene looked comedic

There are PG13 movies that have crude and Sex jokes like some of The Scary movie Sequels and spinoffs like date movie.Starlord won by dancing the scene looked comedic Jesus dude you totally missed his point about Adult/Mature Rated vs Serious. He wasn't saying that American Pie is to represent R rated movies. He was using one R Rated movie which is a "mature" rating as an example that it doesn't mean that the movie is serious. He was showing that by using 2 movies completely on either end of the spectrum of Seriousness and have the opposite ratings when considering "maturity." It's a common way of showing a point by using the most extreme examples to get a point across. As one gets older they are able to perceive and experience many emotional situations and internalized feelings at once. Things can be bittersweet. It can be tragic and comedic at the same time. You can have humor/awkwardness/heart/sadness/triumph in one scene. Usually younger people see things as black and white, in absolutes. You see the dance off, destruction of the hammer, grabbing of the power stone, Star Lord visualizing his dying mother, Starlord accepting that the risk of loss isn't higher than the joys of family, coming together with his new family to share the burden, pain, and destruction of the power stone, and then beating the bad guy as a just the one awkward joke.

And yes that scene was played "comedically" it was also played for a cringe factor, that's the point it was a distraction, what distractions aren't big and eye catching? the idea was to completely take Ronan's attention whilst Rocket fixed his weapon, they couldn't fight him as Ronan could either refuse and blow up the planet or catch a glimpse of Rocket and foil the plan, Quill never expected Ronan to dance with him he was just buying time the only way he could.
As for the American Pie thing my point was being made for adults does not make a movie mature or serious, many films made for children deal with mature themes such as death, grief, love, loneliness, heartbreak, racism and homophobia, just because they are for kids doesn't make them any less mature, Venom is not a mature movie it's a silly fun movie about a psychotic alien symbiote and a douchebag reporter who come together and do something heroic for once, but their still dicks, that's why Eddie let's his ex think Venom is dead, for sympathy which Venom even mentions and is ok with, Venom also wants to eat a puppy and calls Eddie a pussy for using an elevator, and Tom Hardy jumps into a lobster tank to eat a raw lobster...none of that is mature or serious.
