Are we excited? I know I am.

Instead of making more sequels, Marvel should intruce some more heroes in their universe. Iam still waited for Hercules or Namor.

Since April 2015 Marvel introduced Quicksilver, Scarlett Witch, Vision, Ant-man, Black Panther, Spider-man and Doctor Strange. Thats 7 new characters in four films in two years. Not counting AoS or the Netflix shows. Beside that they only recently acquired the rights to Namor. So how could they have introduced him already if you know they plan everything years in advance? My feeling is you are nagging because you want to nag.

Its not nagging. I have only the feeling, they released too many sequels after avengers 4.

Deeply. I already knew Jim would bleed to keep the red in the Marvel logo RED but, sticking around for a third installment is above and beyond. He's got more stamina, dedication and loyalty than most. MMM. SaveSaveSaveSaveSaveSave

Oh look, the greatest troll on this site, who can only insult other users, and has nothing to say.

Gunn for me, has a blank check. He's earned it, let him do his thing, and I trust him to deliver something great. I won't even sit around and say I'm hoping for Annihilation, because whatever he chooses ultimately, will be done to full effect and will be the right way to go.
Gunn and the Russo's each have earned full rights to do what they do, because they've proven they kick ass.

While this is indeed good news, I just don't see where they could go after Infinity War. I'm assuming they beat Thanos at the end of part 2, so any foe they face after that will just seem like small potatoes.

So it has to be bigger than Thanos or it's worthless to you?
Annihilus taking over would be small potatoes? The Magus would be small potatoes? High Evolutionary? Tyrant? The Brood? Oblivion? Korvac? The Kree Supreme Intelligence?
It's really weird that you think there would be nothing else worth doing. I could go on and on.

No, I'm not kidding, there's going to be a huge battle that is going to take two movies to get through, anything after that is going to be underwhelming.
It's like if someone does a sequel to Lord of the Rings; What could possibly be more of a threat than Sauron??
But you do you, and you enjoy GotG vol. 50 if you want.

Why does it have to be more of a threat to be interesting for you?
That's exactly the kind of thinking that led to failed films like Spiderman 3 and Batman & Robin. It's a lesson the James Bond series has taught cinema to be honest, where for years they would go through cycles of getting bigger bigger bigger, and then realizing it was ridiculous and getting smaller. Marvel has learned that lesson and just makes good films in a direction that makes sense. The entire MCU is a blatant example that you don't always have to go bigger with the next film. I really hope you catch on to that, because in all honestly what you are suggesting is why studios have made terrible films. Because they think it's the only way to get you to the theater, and you're basically telling them they're right.
And I definitely plan on enjoying GOTG vol 3.
