Looks like it should be called, Scooby Doo: We Spent More Money On This One Than The Other 500 Billion Animated Scooby Doo Movies. I mean, it doesn't look bad, but I'm not really into animated movies.

It surprisingly doesen’t look bad. I don’t like Will Forte as Shaggy though. It sounds like he’s trying too hard where Matthew Lillard came off naturally. This is a nitpick, but WTF is the deal with people dressing up as Ruth Bader Ginsburg? I’ve noticed this in the Dora movie, Lego Movie 2 and now this. Kids don’t know who she is at all so why are they doing this in movies?

Ruth Bader Ginsburg happens to be a popular figure among young people as a result of Kate Mc Kinnon's impression of her on Saturday Night Live.

I thought I would hate Lillard as Shaggy but it was an amusing and skilled performance. Freddie Prinze Jr and Sarah Michelle Gellar were terribly miscast though.

The amount of mileage garnered from this poorly animated and entirely predictable HB source cartoon could propel the whole Mystery Machine gang through about several million kilometers of repetitively scrolling background scenery by now.
It was briefly funny when it was rediscovered as an unwitting purveyor of drug culture, but the joke wore thin years ago. And they don't have any other jokes to take the place of that, if the trailer is any indication.

SNL hasn’t been funny in years and I don’t see many teenagers watching it. I’ve seen Ginsberg used as more of a joke.

It looks decent enough and it certainly couldn't be worse than the live action adaptations. Shame no Matthew Lillard for Shaggy though. Also, I believe this will be the first time ever an adult Fred wasn't voiced by Frank Welker.

The voice of Scooby sucks. Hey now, Frank's getting old but he's still doing a decent job.

'Trailer voice guy' hasn't been a thing for like 15 years. I don't really have an opinion I guess. Smart move trying to introduce a new generation to established IP.
