Shredded chicken breast simmered in chicken stock, sliced white mushrooms sauteed in olive oil, chunks of celery sauteed in olive oil, shell pasta and Orzo salad softened in some butter, and some canned cream soups and whipping cream. Second pic shows the finished batch, all blended together (I didn't use all of each ingredient, but they were all the basis for the dish):
I think I made enough to give everybody a bite or three. Enjoy!

Ah, that looks good. You can't beat shredded chicken in stock, and it's developed into a fine looking meal there. I think a bite or three of that would go down rather enjoyably. I wonder if you get much of the stock left when it's served, or maybe most of the liquid is absorbed.

Actually, after I simmered the chicken in the stock for a while, I took it off the heat, let it rest, and then when I put the whole package together, I simply lifted the chicken out of its pan with a slotted spoon, leaving the liquidy stuff behind (same thing with the mushrooms and celery, which created their own cooking "juice." I collected all these liquids and will add them to some other batch of soup later, as they are very flavorful). In any case, the finished dish is fairly thick, kind of a glorified stew.
