Truthfully, the Astros might have bigger problems on their hands other than whether or not to sign Wade Miley.

Despite a strong top of the rotation with deGrom, Syndergaard (if he stops dicking around) and Marcus Stroman, the Mets are perilously thin after that. Steven Matz will be #4, and he sucks, and I don't think they even have a #5 at this point. They need bodies. If they can get guys like Miley on 1-2 year deals, I'm all for it. I can't imagine they'll be in on Strasburg or Cole, and I think Wheeler will land a pretty hefty paycheck. He's like Strasburg light - thin frame but throws deceptively hard and when he's locked in, he can carry a team for weeks as he's done a few times in his stint with the Mets.

Even Wade Miley's friends and family don't talk about him as much as we do here.

Astros might have been the champion if he came out of the bullpen instead of Will Harris.
