So it's not Boba Fett and he's not a bounty hunter? And I see him fighting Stormtroopers. So he's a good guy?
That's kind of a bummer. I was hoping for the story of Boba Fett before the original trilogy.

It’s not Boba Fett.
However Boba Fett is a Mandalorian clone.

They were clones, not actual Mandalorians. They did as they were instructed (except for Boba Fett who was created to be a son). That's why they were also the good guys in the prequels.

It’s not Boba Fett. However Boba Fett is a Mandalorian clone. Was it ever stated Jango was a Mandalorian? I guess I never knew if he was one or just wore the armor of one.

I dunno it's all kind of muddled now I think he was at one point a Mandalorian, then he wasn't, now Mandalorian governments refuse to acknowledge him being one of them, so dunno if he is or he isn't meant to be anymore, but Boba I don't think counts as a Mandalorian as I don't know if Mandalorian are genetically different than other humans in the SW galaxy, but he doesn't follow Mandalorian culture so he probably wont count due to that.
But yeah different canon has Jango as being both a Mandalorian and someone who simply stole Mandalorian armour at some point, then all the canon got tossed and new ones implemented which whether it sticks or not is up in the air as they have contradicted much of the established canon already.

I was hoping for the story of Boba Fett before the original trilogy. He isn't Boba, it's been firmly stated since the get go this isn't Boba, as Boba isn't even a Mandalorian anymore, but The Mandalorian in question IS a bounty hunter, that's what he is doing in the opening scene of the first episode, hunting a bounty, also fighting Storm Troopers doesn't make someone a good guy, just makes them not part of the Empire or First Order, if his bounty puts him at odds with the Troopers he will kill the Troopers, if it puts him at odds with the Rebels he will kill Rebels, he doesn't care he's a bounty hunter, he'll work for or against anyone so long as he gets paid...or so we think.

Not all of them, some of the clones found out about their command chips or whatever they were and removed them, they never turned on the Jedi, but they ended up going into hiding, Rex who was Anakin's 2nd in command after Ahsoka when on missions was one of these clones who never turned, he turns up again in Rebels after being a main character throughout Clone Wars, and I think has been retconned into being part of the Rebel forces on the forest moon of Endor in ROTJ...see.

I haven't seen a single episode, but I hear it has Baby Yoda? Is it Yoda or just another of his kind?

Not in the movies, but he of course wears the armor and it's likely not due to being a fanboy. I believe he has a comic that makes it clear he is one.

I wouldn't think clones count, so Boba is just a clone, but Mandalorians are considered a race. That may not make then genetically different though.

There are 2 schools of thought on Mandalorians. 1, that they are a race of people or 2, it's a culture. This is played out in comics and animated series but I don't believe there is a definitive answer. As for the baby Yoda, it's not a baby Yoda but a baby of Yoda's species which has never been named, even by Lucas as Lucas did so purposely although during the Phantom Menace there was another of Yoda's kind on the Jedi Council. The only thing known about them(which is canon) is that the entire species is force sensitive.
