Millen is the worst GM of all time? Um, this guy wants to say something... He's got the distinction of being the architect of the first 0-16 team, and that was just the culmination of years of fuck ups. Maybe not the worst in the history of the league, but I don't know how you qualify it. I just remember him taking a receiver year in and year out with his annual top five draft pick when 3vertone knee that was the dumbest way to try to build a team. Either way, bad ownership let him hang around. At least Millen has Megatron to point to. Meanwhile my man Keim Time had whiffed on every single first round pick. Yes he drafted Murray but from what I understand, Murray was Kingsbury's choice but other than that, end the jury is still out on Murray anyway, here are all of Keims first round picks and where they are: 2013:Johnathan Cooper, OL-bust, out of football. 2014:Deone Bucannon, DB-converted to LB, so-so career. Now in Tampa 2015:DJ Humphries, OL-currently starting but is a horrible o-lineman. Gets called for illegal motion at least twice a game. 2016:Robert Nkemdeche, DL-Bust, out of football and even if he's signed, he suspended for 4 games. 2017:JJ Reddick, LB-bordering on bust. Has shown flashes but invisible for the most part. He took Reddick, out of Temple no less, after watching both KC and Houston trade up and over the Cards to get Mahomes and Watson. 2018: Josh Rosen, QB-Traded up to get him, even though LaMar Jackson was sitting right there. Currently on the Dolphins bench. It's sad to know that there are more Rod Graves draft picks on this team making more of a contribution than anyone Keim has drafted(Fitzgerald, Patrick Peterson). I mean, whiffing on the first round year in and year out is hard to do.

I don't want to belabor the point on the Al Davis thing, but:
"With Davis in control, the Raiders became one of the most successful teams in all of professional sports. From 1967 to 1985, the team won 13 division championships, one AFL championship ( 1967 ), three Super Bowls ( XI, XV, and XVIII ), and made 15 playoff appearances."
