Continuing the "decade best" theme...
I'll give a rough 10, in no order other than the first two.
Breaking Bad - No explanation is needed. Mad Men - No explanation is needed. Game of Thrones - Shame about the disappointment of the last couple of years. Justified - Just an awesome show. Check it out if you missed it. Boardwalk Empire - Got steadily better as it went on, in my opinion. Truncated final season was a crying shame. Better Call Saul - Terrific spinoff. True Detective - Really this is only here because of how great season one was. Fargo - First two seasons were sublime. Third was decent enough. Homeland - This probably shouldn't be here, but for better or worse, I was really into this show for a good while. Call it a guilty pleasure. The Americans - Unfortunately I mostly watched this in one run after the show had concluded, so didn't get to see it develop organically over time. I might have appreciated it even more otherwise. But it was great, no question.
Just missed the cut, but greatly enjoyed nonetheless: Hannibal, Black Mirror, Star Trek: Discovery, American Crime Story, Master of None, The Crown, Stranger Things, Chernobyl, When They See Us
I did watch other shows (including Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, The Walking Dead etc) but they don't deserve to be listed. Fuck you, final seasons of Dexter!
Overall, I'd say that while there was some incredible stuff this decade, the 00s had higher peaks. The Sopranos, Deadwood, The Wire, The Shield, 24, Six Feet Under, Rome, the good years of Dexter... only BrBa and Mad Men are up there with them, and they technically began in the 00s anyway.

Some of these may have started before 2010 they still had significant runs this decade.
I also have to split TV into three subgroups, 30 minute shows, 60 minute shows, & Animated.
Animation:
1. Archer 2. South Park 3. American Dad 4. Rick & Morty 5. Bob's Burgers
30 Minute Shows:
1. Eastbound & Down 2. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia 3. Letterkenny 4. Silicon Valley 5. Community 6. Vice Principals 7. House of Lies
60 Minute Shows:
1. Gomorrah 2. Billions 3. Succession 4. Game of Thrones 5. Southland

Breaking Bad Boardwalk Empire The Deuce The Leftovers The Knick Mindhunter Fargo Mad Men Show Me a Hero The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime StoryPersonally, I preferred the OJ season. Because of all of the documentaries on OJ (including some that came out around the same time), I never saw the OJ American Crime Story - - will have to do it sometime. Speaking of documentaries, the list above doesn't count series like The Keepers, Making a Murderer, The Jinx, etc.

A bit of a trickier category as some shows will have great seasons and subpar seasons so the idea of favorites and then an also-rans list works well here.
My faves:
Breaking Bad Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Mad Men Fargo - agree with you wholeheartedly, the first 2 seasons are among the best things I've ever seen on TV Succession - the 2nd season was the best thing on TV this year Game of Thrones It's Always Sunny Rick and Morty The Leftovers Better Call Saul
I'm going to throw on Watchmen, even though it's only 6 episodes in. It's been brilliant so far, some of the best storytelling I've seen in recent years. Tough to lump it in with the best of the decade for obvious reasons but so far so good.
Also rans:
Homeland - the 4th season is up there for top seasons of the decade, the 2nd half of it in particular.
The Americans - the 1st and last season are both A+, the finale was an absolute gut punch. The rest all kinds blends together for me.
Billions - 2nd season was great.
True Detective - 1st season is obviously genius. 2nd season was horrible. Didn't see the 3rd.
Boardwalk Empire
Silicon Valley
The Crown

My top 10...
Game of Thrones...mediocre final season aside, the rest was gold.
Walking Dead...those first several seasons had me hooked, and I came back recently and it’s not bad.
Sons of Anarchy...Up there with early walking dead when it was on.
It’s Always Sunny...hilarious
Letterkenny...my new Sunny.
Stranger Things...prob the best Netflix series.
Peaky Blinders...I have to ramp up for this one but when I’m in it I’m all the way in it.
Black Mirror...last season sucked but the previous 4 or so we’re great.
The Office...and Parks and Rec...both so easily rewatchable it’s silly. I find myself binging random seasons all the time.

I don’t watch much tv anymore, at least not shows that occur in seasons, but of what I did watch and can remember here’s what I liked:
Breaking Bad - Nothing came close to it this decade, and the only show I’ve ever liked as much was Six Feet Under, which aired in the previous decade.
Altered Carbon - Sci Fi series based on Richard Morgan’s book. It’s one of the very rare instances where I’ve liked a show / movie better than its source novel. This series really stuck in my brain and I want to give it a rewatch.
American Vandal season 1 - Parody in the style of a true crime series, this is some of the funniest shit I’ve seen in a long time, and it actually has a mystery you want to see play out.
The Boys - One of the best takes on the superhero genre I’ve seen. Dark and darkly funny. It’s Justice League if it were run by Instagram. The Superman character, Homelander, is brilliantly portrayed.
Also liked Season 1 of True Detective, various seasons of Homeland, most of season 1 of Mrs. Maisel, Chicago PD for a networky cop show, Stranger Things.
