Walk Among Us, easily, although I think the title would scan better as "Walk Amongst Us". Earth AD is ok, but when I think of The Misfits, I think of those big, bold, ultra-catchy stupid choruses.

Walk Among Us, even though it's a tad overrated....
That said, Earth AD improves with age... and it influenced everything from Metallica to black metal. At the time, Danzig was getting heavily into hardcore bands like the Necros and SS Decontrol, and much to the chagrin of Jerry and Doyle, he decided to take the Misfits in a similar musical direction, eschewing the band's earlier melodic punk sound for something much more ferocious and aggressive. Despite its hardcore sound and layers of feedback, the album actually has a haunting atmosphere and unsettling vibe. The slow grind of "Bloodfeast" and roaring thrash of the title track, "Queen Wasp", "Demonomania", and "Death Comes Ripping" make it a worthwhile album.
My all time favorite Misfits album has to be Legacy of Brutality (1985), a then posthumous collection of early unpolished (and unreleased) gems like "TV Casualty", "Who Killed Marilyn", "Angelf*ck", "Where Eagles Dare", and the rockabilly-like "American Nightmare", which led me to believe they were probably a better band before Walk Among Us.

I'd go with Walk, but it's a closer race now than when I first heard each of these. I appreciate Earth AD a bit more now..

Like them both. I'd choose 'Walk Among Us'.
