They did. Though these mafia cartels will want Ru$$ian bids for hosting duties sooner than later. The IOC is learning that no one really wants to spend a generation of money to host what is essentially a sports tv show, one that lasts about 2 weeks. How's Sarajevo working out? This past weekend they were one of the most polluted centres on earth. Rio? Sochi? Anyone else lining up to visit their sexy infrastructure? Beijing's bird nest is a f'n outdoor mall or whatever. I'm 100% team permanent host rotation. Hell, let's go full Vatican on for the IOC & create Olympic 'city states' one each continent. Anyone's passport is free entry, make them secure accessible like airports. Have the entire world donate a few mil each year to fund, upkeep, & reno... & as entry fee to compete at the Olympics.

Wow, that is huge! Did Russia qualify for next year's Euros? If so, have they now lost their spot? Nah theyre fine for the Euros, theyre hosting a few games in St Petersburg Hope this appeal of theirs fails but it probably wont.
