Brian was the best musician. Ronnie is probably the most familiar. All three were good, But Mick Taylor was very underrated and they hd their best music with Taylor

Mick Taylor, easily.
And I wouldn't call him 2nd guitar. When he was around, Keith didn't have to do any soloing.

Definitely. With Brian and Ronnie Wood, Keith would still get chances to do solos, which I don't mind cuz I like Keith's style. But with Mick Taylor, there really wasn't any reason for Keith to solo, he wasn't gonna do it better than Taylor.

It certainly is a hard choice as I consider all three to be Rock legends.
But I voted for Mick Taylor; he played on some of my favorite Stones songs.

Mick Taylor with them in Amsterdam (73?) bootleg is still the best thing I've ever heard from them.

I always wondered if Mick Taylor wasn't fired. I've read rumors that the Glimmer Twins didn't like Taylor, that he wasn't fun enough (was Charlie Watts? Would they fire Charlie). And that Keith wanted Ronnie Wood just because they were good pals. I know Taylor wasn't much for the antics of the 70's Stones.
As an aside, my favorite Charlie Watts story. Watts was late backstage before a Stones show. Jagger started screaming "Where's my drummer? Where's my fucking drummer?" Charlie came out and decked Mick. He stood over him and said calmly "Never forget, I;m not your drummer, you're my singer." I can believe it. I remember an interview with Ian Stewart and he said that Watts was tougher than Mick and Keith put together. I had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Watts. Nice guy.
