I recognize most of them, but for some reason I feel like there should be more, if the point was to show the whole Bat-family. I'm not sure who all is missing, but I don't see Like Fox's Batwing (I'm not sure who the one in gold in the background is, but from what I've seen of Batwing, his suit is trimmed with blue.) Did Batgirl change her costume again?

Im fifty-fifty on her costume, it reminds me of a silver or bronze age outfit (although I only really know the modern age of comics haha)
The yellow guy would be The Signal aka Duke Thomas, a relatively new addition if Im not mistaken.
Yeah there are some missing imo. Like you said Batwing but also Black Canary (shes from Gotham!?), Julia Pennyworth and Harper Row (Bluebird).
Do Azrael, Clayface and Bette Kane (Flamebird) count too?
Then there are Terry McGinnis (Batman Beyond) and Carrie Kelley (Robin) but thats obviously in the future
@deblovesbeccy would definitely know

I'm not loving the painted on look; Babs looks like he's naked and has gray skin - which... that's neither here nor there in its own right, but as costumes go seems grossly impractical. Oddly enough, it only just dawned on me that Dick's costume isn't much different in that regard, but I'm not crazy about it for similar reasons. it just looks like a onesie. I've also never cared for the overtly cat-like Catwoman costume; I prefer the more practical looking cat-burglar look, with cats-eye style goggles.
I hadn't thought about Dinah; and since she was part of the Birds of Prey alongside Huntress and Barbra, she arguably falls into an extension of the Bat-family - at least as much Huntress does.

So now I'm curious what the context of this image was? Was just like some tableau or was it actually part of the story somehow? I just read that Alfred was killed off in the comics a few months ago; which I'm surprised didn't come up sooner...

Bluebird is an official member of the Bat Family @red and Hawkfire/Flamebird, Clayface and Azrael have all been part of the family over the years too along with Batgirl, Nightwing, The Spoiler, Orphan, Batwoman, Batwing, Red Hood, Red Robin, Robin (Damian Wayne), Catwoman, Julia Pennyworth, The Signal and Gotham Girl until she become a villain. The Bat Family lineup has changed a few times over the years and some members have had falling outs with Batman and left only to return later while others were written off by writers for long periods of time and then brought back when needed but Batgirl and Nightwing have been the two most consistent with the exception of the Ric Grayson storyline. I am hoping we get to see Bluebird in live action soon.
