SAVE FERRIS I experienced the “lust/infatuation” at first sight once, and it so happened I later also fell in love with the person but still wouldn’t call it love at first sight. It was just a coincidence that the mega hot guy also happened to be nice funny and smart. I didn’t feel any cosmic connection but I did feel intergalactic infatuation on the spot but it was simply because of his look  |

I believe in lust, or infatuation at first sight, but not love, because love requires getting to KNOW someone, and you cant KNOW someone at first sight.

No. Attraction is a chemical response to visually attractive stimuli thats been inherited fron thousands of years of evolution. An attractive slender woman will excite a hetero male, but not a fat ugly chick. Modern society is trying to reverse this though but theyll fail

I disagree Glaceon ! Being male and avid admirer of women , although a young male is attracted
to the obvious slender pretty woman , living that way will teach otherwise . When I was a teenager
I chased many beautiful women , and I caught some too , and that continued into my 20's as well .
But that experience teaches you , that there has to be something just beyond beauty and fashion .
That compatibility must be intellectual as well as physical . Over the years , I have gone out
with ugly , fat , or much taller women , and had great sex , enjoyed their company and being with
them . In the end , it was a woman who I first saw a couple of times as a schoolgirl around about ,
while living and working in a city . A few years later by chance , I sat next to her in a cafetaria ,
just chatted with coffee . Over the following years , we ran into each on the street , here and there .
And when I was just about to pack my bags and move onto newer fields , and she was exasperated and at
a loose end of where to live , we accidentally met , sat down and chatted . And decided to move into
a place together .
