I don't know if it offensive, but the last episode that I watched (Orphan 55, I think the 3rd of the current series) was so preachy as to be cringe-worthy. Subtlety is a concept that these writers seem not to be even vaguely acquainted with.

Not at all. It might be offensive to the Still With Eyes Closed or Social anti-Justice Warriors or to the Hate Everything But Can't Stop Watching crowd, but not to the majority of fans.

I stopped watching it after they put a gay reference into every program within the first 5 minutes. So after episode 3 of series 2. And I'm surprised I lasted that long.

I quit after the first season of the old dude that plays guitar. He sucked and I can only imagine how much the new girl sucks, enough they had to buy off RT to delete reviews and the only press it gets anymore is controversy.
