I was congratulated for having made it to the end of the trail, but there is some question as to how well suited I am to cope outside of "the big city."
I may have fallen down, on the scale of practicality, because I chose a 50 lb., cast iron sewing machine as an amenity. However, I wasn't thinking in terms of fashion. It occurred to me that there may need to be need to mend the canvas, or other heavy fabric, that provides protection to the frame of the wagon, along the trail. Also, in establishing a home, at the end of the journey, a sewing machine would save hours in the creation bedding needs (including mattresses), and other linens and curtains.
At least, I made it to Oregon ... a beautiful state!

Catman survived. Sad about Dale and Mr. Hoyt. And what's up with Clara, anyway?

Things got easier when we left Clara behind for dead.

yes but I wonder what you have to do to fail I don't think you can fail making it through but you can get a bad ending.
Here is what I picked to see if I could fail:
Guide: Bison Wagon: Fisher Price plastic one Extravagant add-on: 50 pounds cast-iron sewing machine (which weights more than my wagon) Shortcut: Turnaround ridge (sounds like the worst from the name and picture)
Entertainment: Watch Mr. Price duel Mr. Hoyt Greatest obstacle: Four baby ghosts that keep appearing on the trail and telling your wagon train to go in four different directions Terrain is becoming hard: I stress eat
Result:
Even when you give up and build a house you still get this ending, so you always make it to the end of the trail but you don't always live long afterwards.

The Oregon Trail
I MAY take the quiz AFTER someone DIES. BUT NOT UNTIL then IF I DO. I JUST WANT someone to DIE first (in case I DO).

I chose random-ass answers and survived, as I suspected many others did, and now I canβt help but feel that quiz was just a ruse to find out data from me.
