Yes absolutely - it’s another reason why I don’t watch these awards shows. Then again, rock isn’t compatible with awards shows, awards shows are very elitist while rock music is supposed to be anti elitist.

I mean at beginning of decade several rock groups won major awards like Alabama Shakes and Arcade fire as well as Black Keys what changed as well.
