Yes please
A noirhounds goddess, she is probably equally beloved of western fans.
Her turn in KEY LARGO won a major poll on the old imdb as best ever classic distaff supporting turn (ie pre 1970). Hattie McDaniel came second
She was good value in everything and I think I have seen almost all her post STAGECOACH work and a lot of the early stuff too
Especially noteworthy
DEAD END 1937 minimal screen time as Bogey's ex who has become a hooker but an Oscar nom
FAREWELL MY LOVELY 1945 - as Mike Mazurki's beloved Velma - a match made in noir heaven. Great dialogue Trevor - I find myself attracted to men Dick Powell/Marlowe - I imagine they meet you half way
BORN TO KILL/LADY OF DECEIT 1947 - a corker of a noir meeting her match in Lawrence Tierney
BACHELORS DAUGHTERS 1946 - lightweight fluff about 4 lady con artists (Ann Dvorak, Gail Russell & Jane Wyatt were the others)
THE HIGH AND THE MIGHTY 1954 - good value passenger in early disaster flic/GRAND HOTEL with wings
MAN WITHOUT A STAR 1955 propping up the bar with Kirk
TWO WEEKS IN ANOTHER TOWN -1962 neglected Minnelli - she was unforgettable as Edward G's "lawful wedded nightmare"
THE STRIPPER 1963 - old pal of Joanne Woodward who lives to regret their reunion when her son (Richard Beymer) gets seduced by Woodward

Best I've seen from her are Stagecoach and Key Largo.

It's almost painful to watch her singing 'Moanin' Low' in KEY LARGO -- it's the scene that probably won her the Oscar.

In Raw Deal (1948), a minor Noir directed by Anthony Mann, she plays streetwise Pat competing with "good girl" Marsha Hunt for the love of ex-con Dennis O'Keefe. Throughout the movie I was waiting for Trevor to revert to type as a "femme fatale", but the ending was not what I expected. (John Ireland and Raymond Burr also feature).

one of the MOST deserving oscar winners for Key Largo.
Everyone thinks of Stagecoach being a John Wayne film but Claire had top billing.

one of the MOST deserving oscar winners for Key Largo. Absolutely agree. A brilliant performance. I also loved her tiny but heartbreaking role in Dead End - a lifetime of disappointment and despair conveyed in just a few minutes onscreen.

Agree with the former posts Allegheny Uprising 1939, an entertaining history western that maybe didn't care much about history. In the arms of John Wayne, and Claire had the top-billing. How to Murder Your Wife 1965, teaching Virna Lisi speak English.
