You cannot "cure" a virus. You can only take steps against contracting it, like vaccination to form immunities. And even then, viruses mutate, so . . . .

theauxphou It ever occur to you that God might be using stuff like this to get people to turn back to Him? ; but I suspect, as usual, it will likely be ignored by most. p.s. bad stuff that happens in the world is not God's fault as suffering entered the world after the fall of Adam/Eve. No, it didn’t ever occur to me because I use my brain: since when was a pandemic effective in turning people to God, and what purpose would it serve? Belief in God has never cured any deadly virus.

“Faith in God”? In this scenario if yours, wouldn’t God have created the virus in the first place? I don’t know about you, but if someone creates something to potentially kill you, I’m hardly going to have faith in them. I'm an atheist too. But that's a rather silly view of god. God creates everything, the bad and the good. Or did you expect the master of universe to only give you nice things? I think Santa Claus is the one who does that. If there's a god, it is what it is, and he's at the center of the universe, not you. He expects you to deal with it. He's not your butler. Everything he creates is not necessarily with you in mind. Whatever doesn't kill us, makes us stronger.
