I am one of only 10 confirmed cases in my county. I live in Florida.
I'm just worried I have infected my 9 year old. I don't care about me.

Even if you did pass it on to a 9 year old(hopefully not), chances are they will be fine. it's not a death sentence if someone gets COVID-19 as a high percentage are okay.
but with that said... how are you personally feeling? ; fever etc?

I have a fever and a sore throat. I didn't have symptoms at all and it was all of a sudden. I'm short of breath, it feels like my heart is going to skip a beat (you know that feeling?) And it sucks because I'm coughing which makes it worse.

@thegodfatherpartii Yeah, it seems many others from what I have heard are similar to yourself, especially that shortness of breath. I just wonder if you were to get bad... how much longer before you will know if your pretty much in the clear or not? ; another day or two? but assuming you don't get noticeably worse... at least you will probably be immune to COVID-19 after it's over

Chances are that most those of any age who get it will recover. But young healthy people have died from it. While that's true, you may be instilling an unnecessary amount of fear and worry here with your ambiguous statement. Look at the chart on this page: www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/coronavirus-age-sex-demographics/at least you will be immune to COVID-19 after it's over Has this been confirmed?

There's nothing ambiguous about that. Most people recover. But I wouldn't take lightly the chance of my child getting it. "Young healthy people have died from it" is an ambiguous statement, and probably not very accurate.

"Young healthy people have died from it" is an ambiguous statement, and probably not very accurate. So your response is to post an identical ambiguous statement and hope no one will notice?

"Anticipating some sort of immunity" isn't quite the same as "you will be immune." Please choose your words more carefully when stating "facts."

Admin Well ain't it common knowledge that when you get a random flu virus, your body is immune to that specific strain? if true, which I think that is, I don't see why COVID-19 would be any different.
another quote from another article...
So given that info it does not appear definitive. but playing the odds, if you get COVID-19, chances are your immune

The logic is there, but the actual facts remain to be seen. Just use simple disclaimers such as "possibly" or "a doctor said," or "if it's like other viruses..." To come right out and state that as empirical fact could be interpreted as a violation of ProBoard's policy in this regard. Thank you for your understanding.

Admin Okay, my mistake. I was not aware of that COVID-19 policy stuff which apparently must have been something imposed recently. ill try to be a bit more cautious on COVID-19 'fact' stuff.
ill edit my previous post and adjust it accordingly.

If you have a mask wear it to protect others. Hopefully this won't be anything more than a PIA for you.
