How different would Spider-Man in the MCU be if it was the first incarnation in film?
Let’s say that the Sam Raimi and Marc Webb versions of Spider-Man never happened and Spider-Man made his film debut in the MCU? How different would the MCU’s portrayal of Peter Parker/Spider-Man be if that was the case? What would be the same?
For me, I think he would have been introduced in Phase 1 or early Phase 2. But I imagine his first solo movie would have been the first film in the MCU.

The MCU would've probably developed around him from the get go, not Iron Man. Definitely would've been an older Parker again like Raimi's.

We will be dealing with a post-college age Peter Parker down the line. He would have been a founding member of the Avengers and more confident and assured in his powers. Possibilities are endless from the point such as marriage problems with Mary Jane and struggling to balance superhero responsibilities with a family and work life. Something like Peter B. Parker from Into the Spider-Verse would be a good possibility.

So you mean what if Marvel got the rights to Spidey back say in the mid 2000's because Sony never made a Spidey movie?
He'd be their flagship character tbh, it would have been Spider-Man not Iron Man which kicked off the MCU most likely, that or Spidey would have taken The Incredible Hulks place, maybe a Spidey end credit cameo in Iron Man would have happened.
Also they would have done the Spider-Sense, web slinging through NYC, Uncle Ben's death would have been seen and other stuff, as they left this out of Homecoming because they didn't want to retread old ground in their first movie.
He'd have likely been a vital part of the Avengers also, we would not have gotten maybe GOTG or Dr Strange when we did as a means of making room for additional early Spidey films, my guess is we would also be on route or already had Miles introduced into the MCU, maybe already being Spider-Man and Peter having died considering this would be 12 years on from likely the first film.
Other more detailed stuff who knows, probably would have gotten a Spider-Woman TV show, maybe a Venom Netflix show or something, anything else though would depend on who they got to make the movies tbh.
