Look at it this way, anxiety attacks and panic attacks can make your depression unnoticeable. It's working for me!

So sorry to hear it. Do you have anything you can take to take off the edge of it? I know that even people who haven't had depressive episodes are becoming mildly anxious, panicked and depressed. It's no small wonder. Is there anyone you can talk to?

I suffer from extreme depression and anxiety. Surprisingly its not that bad for me. Im far from great but all things considered Im fair.

It's no small wonder. Is there anyone you can talk to? I was seeing a psychologist on and off for the past ten years but I don't see him much since I've been pretty good. I think it's a combo of a snag at work (at least I'm working) and my really shitty jet lag sleeping hours.
