Has she ever given a great performance, she is an Oscar winner? Are those two separate questions?

Not really! She has an Oscar by default, which I would like to think would be awarded as a measure of great skill of performance and talent, which we know isn’t really the case with Oscars. It also depends on the competition as well. Berry is an adequate actress AT best. Have you not seen MONSTER'S BALL?

Personally, I wouldn't bother wasting my time ranking Berry's performances.
Then why did you click on this thread? 😂

I am not sure about performances. because while some might be a bit better than others, one might as well just choose which movie she appeared in that's at the top. so by movie quality standards, it's pretty easy to choose #1 for me, which is... The Last Boy Scout (1991) (8/10 ; within my Top 39 movies). p.s. hell, even in terms of Bruce Willis movies that's his #1 movie straight up if you ask me (I realize I am in the minority on this claim). the one-liners are a nice bonus to ; that movie seems to fly off the radar as it's that directors(Tony Scott) #1 movie, Bruce Willis #1 movie, Halle Berry's #1 movie.

I am not sure about performances. because No, no. Stop the sentence right there. If you don't know how to rank them, end of subject. This isn't the 1st time you've done this in one of my threads. If I wanted to know people's opinions on the movies themselves, I would've written a different thread title.
