would you want it to center the time travel around another Hill Valley plot or would you want "Doc and Marty" and the time machine (Delorean / Train) to journey to other parts of the world in other times ?

I'm thinking Doc and Marty should travel through other dimensions. Doc could be more of an alcoholic sociopath and Marty his hapless sidekick.
