7 Coupling (2000-2004) UK
8 Time Gentlemen Please (2000–2002) UK
9 The Office (2005–2013) USA
10 Scrubs (2001–2010) USA
11 Green Wing (2004-2007) UK
12 Happy Endings (2011–2013) USA
13 Miranda (2009-2015) UK
14 Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps (2001-2011) UK

Never heard of most of them.
BUT the one on the list that I did check out were pretty awful.
(imo) You seem to have pretty bad taste when it comes to sitcom UNLESS the ones I never heard of are vastly different from the ones I have seen.

I followed a lot of 80s sit coms. Less so in the 90s and I can't think of any past 2000.
Edit-Curb Your Enthusiasm is one I've watched regularly and I guess Weeds would fall under that too.

None of the UK series have shown here on PBS .. my only source of UK shows... and the US ones he liked, I found pretty much unwatchable. If the OP wanted only to be told that his choices were wonderful, perhaps he should not have asked hoe awful his list is !
