To relieve my own boredom I have compiled a list of helpful covid coping handy hints.
Goz's Corona Copers:
All:
1. DON'T take you wallet or handbag to the supermarket since all you need is your tap and go credit or debit card, and it is a repository for germs. Keep it in your pocket with phone and only bring out to paywave.
2. Wear your own home Hazmat suit (ie plastic raincoat with hood) to the supermarket and leave it out in the sun to kill any stray little viruses when you get home.
3. Metho is the most effective virus killer, cheap and available so wash down your mobile phone, computer and door handles to the entrance of your house and your bench top after putting away your shopping. Leave to evaporate the nasties away.
Blokes:
1. Grow a beard as it will keep you busy for weeks.
2. Learn to clean toilets, ovens, stoves, pantries, your own wardrobe and the linen cupboard.
3. Eat a tin of peaches or whatever and then cleanse and place on floor ( ideally on carpet especially hallways tied to a chair leg and practice your putting.
Ladies:
1. This thought came to me as I was concerned that my trackie dacks (sweats) PJs and dressing gowns wouldn't last the duration of the disease, so dress up every second day and look pretty...makeup hair jools etc.
2. As above make Friday nights party night, and either sit on your driveway with a friend or neighbour with a few champers and/or have a solitary disco night. Abba 2 soundtrack recommended.
3. To achieve the above obviously a beauty spa morning is recommended. Leg shave, hair colour and/or wash, mani and pedi, facial erosion ( I mean dermabrasion) facial and learn to cut your own hair like I did. No-one will see it under the raincoat hood, so just have a go!

Beards are bad because they make a mask unable to fully enclose and create a seal.
All of this boredom relief stuff is great. But I am having severe anxiety attacks and just lost my health insurance as of today. I have lost my appetite and income, and I am more worried than ever and can't even think straight.

You know its tongue in cheek right? Just an attempt to cheer people up. I am so sorry for you, please try and breathe and keep calm. Do you have some support from friends and family? I know it is trite however '

Not too much support. I live alone, and have a couple of friends but they don't live in my state any longer, and we pretty much just text. And we only talk about topical things anyway.
I have a now former co-worker who I stayed in touch with and we text. I really can't let her know how bad I've gotten - because that would get around to co-workers and that is not good for my hopes of returning when business starts up again.
I talk to my sister every week or so. My parents too - but they are old and I don't want to talk to them about my problems. Right now it is like I am worried about the anxiety and not eating is going to cause a problem and I am not even covered under anything whatsoever now. I just wish I had someone to talk to about what is going on.

They may be concerned about you. I am missing my grandchildren BIGTIME and I talk to them face to face on WhatsApp whenever we like. We also send each other pics and silly things like I posted. Chin up. You could also call one of the help lines that I am sure are available in your country as they are in mine. Here it is called 'Lifeline[. The people there are great! Mental health is just as important as physical health and you should try to be eating well as well. Maybe teach yourself to cook healthy by watching Youtube vids? I think I remember you from the Old Boards, right?

I think I remember you from the Old Boards, right? Yep, I was on the Old Boards, mostly Food & Drink and Music General. I was also here maybe a year ago, then got quite busy with things and dropped out for a while. I hope I wasn't a jerk!
