Something VERY important when Covid-19 dies down...

...will be to act like a second wave is a sure thing. Hopefully there won't be one, but we need to prepare for one nonetheless. So we need to keep pumping out masks and ventilators (they can always be added to the national stockpile, or even state stockpiles, if they aren't needed), and keep fine-tuning things such as effective ways to screen people at airports and mass gatherings, as well as work on a better "quick test" (reading a lot of reports of false negatives with these types of tests). Those in a position to do so also need to be ready to lock s**t down quickly if a second wave starts to hit, without all the delaying, half measures, and "we can pray our way out of this" (I'm looking at you, Dixieland) that has aided the spread of this first wave.
