-Edge of Tomorrow (2014) -Tombstone (1993)
p.s. but personally when I think of the name Bill Paxton I tend to affiliate him with Twister (1996) the most. the same with Helen Hunt.

For me Twister was the first movie where he was acting blandly and not throwing the classic Paxton juice on the performance. Also not a very good film. I assumed almost everyone would think of aliens first

darksidebeadle Personally I think him and Hunt had good chemistry together and the movie itself is among my favorites (within my Top 155 movies) as it's a fun movie as you just don't really see movies like that made anymore. as far as what he's most known for... I am not going to make a outright claim here, since I think it's a bit more debatable with Paxton, but I think Twister is probably in the running though since it was a big budget blockbuster movie etc. but at the same time you could make a plausible case for him being most most for some other movies to like Aliens. because looking through IMDb stuff... it lists Aliens and Twister for the 'Known For' section and looking at other movies I can't really see much else challenging these two overall when you think of the name Bill Paxton. so even conservatively... Twister has to be within the Top handful of movies he's most known for in my estimations. but looking at box office $ success... Twister clearly topped Aliens. so given all of that info... I still think it's plausible for me to claim Twister (1996) being THE movie he's most known for, even though there might be a little bit of debate here. p.s. but for Helen Hunt I think Twister is definitely in the running for the movie she's most known for although one could probably argue 'As Good as It Gets (1997)' possibly. but outside of those two I can't see nothing else being in the running for what movie she's most known for. but $$$ wise... Twister ranked higher but As Good as It Gets still preformed well enough to be taken seriously (i.e. 494mil vs 314mil)

darksidebeadleI would say it's plausible either way between Twister/As Good as It Gets. but I get As Good as It Gets is more rom-com-drama where as Twister is just a fun/blockbuster type of movie and both did solid $. so I suspect it probably comes back to ones personal preferences as I think one could make a solid argument either way. but I think at the very least we can both agree it's definitely these two movies she's most known for. but in a way... As Good as It Gets could be a bit higher because $314mil on a movie like that does not seem easy to do off the top of my head and that was 1997, so in today's $ it's even higher (hell, even $314mil straight up, even today, would still be solid). still, $494mil in 1996 for Twister makes that pretty strong from a $ perspective and plenty of people have seen that movie (although I get plenty of people would have seen As Good as It Gets to). but I guess one could make another argument in favor of As Good as It Gets (1997) with IMDb score of 7.7/10 vs Twister's 6.4/10. but personally I think Twisters average is a bit low as it comfortably tops most, if not a rather large percentage, of blockbuster movies for me. in fact, I would take Twister over ALL super hero movies which score much higher on IMDb in general. Twisters IMDb average should be at least high 6's for the average given the crap that's much worse that scores higher. In fact, there are only 12 movies on IMDb that have a average score of 6.4/10 or less that I score a 7/10 or higher. Twister (1996) is one of the twelve. p.s. but personally I tend to back Twister (1996) (7/10) as I like the movie more even though I would understand someone backing As Good as It Gets (1997) (6/10). but I suspect it might depend on the audiences as some who like more action/blockbuster oriented movies might back Twister and those who like the rom-com variations will probably back As Good as It Gets. one last thing... come to think of it, I think ill re-watch As Good as It Gets (1997) soon as I have not viewed it since Aug 2014. time flies.

Wow I cant remember him in Commando at all.
I liked him best (from the list) in Predator 2/Aliens/Terminator
But I think the best roles I have seen him in are The VAGRANT and MIGHTY JOE YOUNG. He's better serious than as an idiot.
Doesn't he piss his pants in TRUE LIES? I hate that movie.
