Has anyone else ever experienced this? It really is a rotten let-down. There have been times when I've been drinking a cup of tea or coffee whilst reading or something, taking occasional sips and really enjoying them. Then at some point you reach for the cup (eyes still on your book or mag or computer screen whatever) lift it to your lips and prepare to take what you think will be that extra-special last mouthful, followed by that satisfying swallow of having lovingly finished the beverage - only to find that you've already taken the last gulp and your vessel is empty. Am I the only one? Part of your mind is telling you there is one more gulp waiting for you but your brain has failed to inform you there is in fact none left.

I used to drink Yorkshire Gold, now I'm into the flavored teas from Celestial Seasonings or Bigelow. Sometimes I make Iced tea with the Raspberry Zinger - very refreshing. I drink my tea plain - no milk, sugar or lemon. (Except when I was Sweet Tea in the summer, that requires a lot of sugar). A lot of Southerners think th4ey invented Sweet Tea but I've been drinking it since I was a child, my grandfather called it Russian Summer Tea.

looks like they finally got a website! www.houseoftea.com/and it won't be open for long! We are extending the date of closure of The House of Tea until May 30, 2020. Online sales & phone orders still available! I have decided to close this chapter and begin a new one. I would like to take a moment to thank my father Nathaniel Litt for creating this wonderful place 28 years ago. As well as my mother Margaret Litt who handed the keys to me 23 years ago. This store has allowed me to meet incredible people who have become dear to my heart. It gave me opportunities to pursue running marathons around the world. Over the past 23 years it has been an honor and privilege to serve you the best tea from around the world.
Thank you kindly, Jessica Litt
ZolotoyRetriever this one in seattle is my #2 tea shop, great too: www.worldspice.com/teas

They appear to ship overseas and I'm tempted to go for 12 ounces of the Sundarpur Assam @ $2.50 per ounce. I have tried Assam and I found it to be a good well-rounded drink, strong and a bit like, to my taste buds, traditional 'English' tea - robust and very refreshing. It might seem an indulgent order but like the fellow says, when it's gone it's gone - quite literally, in this case. nutsberryfarm 🏜
