Catman still has an imaginary friend. His name is Jake, and he is a raccoon.

Not an imaginary friend but a scapegoat, named George. When I was four or five and accused of misbehavior, whether breaking something, stealing cookies or throwing a tantrum, I'd always say, "George did it." And if I got into a foul mood, my parents took to saying, "George is here again." I guess George was my childhood Mr. Hyde.

I didn't have one specific imaginary friend, with a name and personality. However, if no one was available to play, I could host an imaginary tea party with 4 or 5 in attendance.

Yes, I did. She had a name. She was about 8 inches tall, black short hair with bangs, a white blouse, black skirt, red sweater, white knee socks and black saddle shoes. She was very real to me. My sister "killed" her by accidentally dropping her when I was about four years old. She forgot I handed my imaginary friend to her.

I tried to make friends with the imaginary people, but I wasn't cool enough.

Yes, pale-faced kid named Chester who wore Edwardian outfits and oddly talked about how his mom used to lock him in closets for hours on end as punishment.
